Cancellation Policy
At Fyrnet, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our services and digital product offerings. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for both service-based projects and digital product purchases made through our website.
By purchasing services or products from Fyrnet, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to:
- Website design services
- WordPress development services
- Custom website development
- Website maintenance services
- SEO services
- E-commerce and NGO portal development
- Digital products such as reel bundles, templates, or downloadable resources
WordPress development services
2. Service Cancellation Before Work Begins
Clients may cancel a project before work has started.
If a cancellation request is submitted before the project begins:
- The cancellation will be accepted.
- Any eligible refund will be processed according to the Fyrnet Refund Policy.
Refunds in such cases may be subject to deductions such as:
- Payment gateway processing fees
- Applicable taxes or transaction charges
Clients are encouraged to submit cancellation requests as early as possible.
3. Service Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work on a project has started, cancellations are generally not permitted.
However, in certain situations Fyrnet may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
If cancellation is approved after work has started:
- Refund eligibility will be determined according to the Refund Policy.
- The decision will depend on the project stage, completed work, and resources already invested.
Fyrnet reserves the right to approve or decline such requests.
4. Cancellation After First Review or Draft
Once the first design draft, review, or milestone deliverable has been shared with the client:
- The project may still be cancelled if requested by the client.
- However, no refunds will be issued after the first review.
This policy protects the work already performed during the initial development phase.
5. Cancellation After 70% Project Completion
If the project has reached 70% or more completion, cancellation is no longer allowed.
At this stage:
- The project is considered substantially completed.
- All payments made become non-refundable and non-cancellable.
6. Cancellation of Digital Product Orders
Fyrnet may offer digital products such as:
- Reel bundles
- Downloadable templates
- Digital assets or design resources
Because these products are non-tangible and instantly accessible, cancellations are generally not permitted once the purchase has been completed.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download:
- The order cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed.
Customers are advised to carefully review the product description and details before making a purchase.
7. Exceptional Situations for Digital Orders
Although digital products are typically non-cancellable, Fyrnet may review requests in rare situations such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Payment errors
- Technical issues preventing product access
Requests in such cases will be evaluated internally, and any decision to provide a refund or cancellation will be made at the sole discretion of Fyrnet.
Our goal is always to ensure that customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
8. Cancellation by Fyrnet
Fyrnet reserves the right to cancel a project, order, or service under certain circumstances.
This may include situations where:
- The client provides illegal, copyrighted, or prohibited content
- The client violates the Terms and Conditions
- Required project materials are not provided
- Communication or cooperation from the client is insufficient
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, Fyrnet may cancel the project or order and take appropriate action.
9. Project Inactivity
Active communication and collaboration are important for completing projects efficiently.
If a client:
- Stops responding
- Fails to provide required content
- Does not approve deliverables
and the project remains inactive for 30 consecutive days, Fyrnet may consider the project abandoned.
In such cases:
- The project may be cancelled or closed.
- Payments already made will not be refunded.
10. How to Request a Cancellation
Clients who wish to cancel a service must submit a cancellation request using one of the following methods:
- Contact Page: https://fyrnet.com/contact
The request should include:
- Client name
- Project or order details
- Reason for cancellation
11. Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation request will only be considered valid after confirmation from Fyrnet.
Submitting a request does not automatically cancel a project or order. Fyrnet will review the request and confirm the cancellation status.
Clients will be notified once the cancellation request has been processed.
12. Relationship With Refund Policy
This Cancellation Policy works together with the Fyrnet Refund Policy.
If a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.
Users are encouraged to review both policies for complete information.
13. Policy Updates
Fyrnet reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
