3. Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work on a project has started, refunds may be considered only under certain conditions.

4. No Refund After First Review
Once the first design draft, review, or milestone deliverable has been presented to the client, the project is considered to have progressed significantly.
Therefore:
- No refunds will be provided after the first review or draft has been delivered.
This policy protects the time, effort, and resources invested in creating the initial project deliverables.
5. No Refund After 70% Project Completion
If a project has reached approximately 70% completion or more, all payments made become non-refundable.
At this stage, substantial work, development, and project resources have already been invested.

- Completed design or development work
- SEO services already delivered or implemented
- Custom development work
- Domain name purchases
- Hosting services
- Third-party service fees
- Any work already approved by the client
These services involve time, expertise, and third-party costs that cannot be reversed once delivered.
7. Digital Products (Reel Bundles, Templates, Downloads)
Fyrnet may sell digital products such as reel bundles, templates, or downloadable assets.
Because these products are non-tangible and instantly accessible, they are considered non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, refunds will not be provided.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product description, features, and details before making a purchase.
8. Exceptional Refund Situations for Digital Products
Although digital products are generally non-refundable, refunds may be considered under special circumstances, such as:
- The product was not delivered successfully
- The customer did not receive access to the purchased product

- Fails to provide required content or approvals
- Delays the project for an extended period
Fyrnet may place the project on hold.
If there is no communication or progress for 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned.
In such cases:
- The project may be closed.
- Payments made will become non-refundable.

If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
The time required for the funds to appear in the client's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank processing times.

All approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

- Payment made through bank transfer → refund issued to the same account where possible
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without first contacting Fyrnet, we reserve the right to respond accordingly.

- Communication records
- Proof of work delivered
- Payment confirmations
Submitting false disputes may result in service suspension or account restrictions.
